Travelling through time is read as revisiting the past or imagining the future to understand the present. Dream books see it as regret, nostalgia or curiosity about another path. Going back to childhood or an old relationship is linked to unfinished feelings or a wish to choose differently. Visiting the future is read as hope or worry about where life is heading, not as a view of what is to come. Being stuck in another time and unable to return points to feeling cut off from your present life. It can help to notice which moment the dream chose, and why it matters now.
Has this come up in your dreams before? What was going on in your life then?
My Cosmic Code has a private dream journal. Write a dream down and the app picks out the symbols in it, shows what dream books say about them and, over time, which words recur across your entries. The journal is stored on your device only.
