Sun in a dream: meaning

What dream books say

The sun is read as life force, clarity and success — the light that makes things visible. A sunrise stands for a beginning, a sunset for a chapter closing; bright sunshine is linked to joy, confidence and warmth from others. A sun hidden behind clouds points to a hope or talent temporarily blocked. A scorching sun is read as pressure, or attention that feels too intense. Seeing two suns or a strange sun is traditionally linked to confusion about what is real or important. Dream books ask what in your waking life feels illuminated, and what still stays in shadow.
