The spider is read as patience and careful making — the web built thread by thread. It can also stand for feeling caught in something, or for a fear you keep avoiding. A spider spinning its web is linked to creativity and to plans you are weaving slowly. Being bitten is traditionally read as a small betrayal or a sharp word that stung more than expected. A large spider in your home points to a worry that has settled in, and killing one is read as finally dealing with that worry. It can help to ask what in your days feels like a web — something you made, or something holding you.
Has this come up in your dreams before? What was going on in your life then?
My Cosmic Code has a private dream journal. Write a dream down and the app picks out the symbols in it, shows what dream books say about them and, over time, which words recur across your entries. The journal is stored on your device only.
