Starting a new job is traditionally read as a fresh role taking shape — a new responsibility, identity or stage. The mix of excitement and nerves in the dream mirrors how ready you feel for it. Not knowing where anything is or whom to ask is linked to the discomfort of learning, while being welcomed warmly points to confidence in the change. A job that feels wrong or strange can be read as doubt about a direction you have taken. Dreaming of a new job while happy at the old one points to growth rather than a wish to leave. It can help to ask what new role you are already stepping into.
Has this come up in your dreams before? What was going on in your life then?
My Cosmic Code has a private dream journal. Write a dream down and the app picks out the symbols in it, shows what dream books say about them and, over time, which words recur across your entries. The journal is stored on your device only.
