Lucid dream in a dream: meaning

What dream books say

Knowing you are dreaming while you dream is read as heightened awareness and a wish to steer your own story. Many traditions prize it as a meeting of waking and sleeping mind. Flying or reshaping the scene on purpose is linked to confidence and creative freedom, while losing lucidity as soon as you notice it points to how hard it can be to hold on to control. Using the dream to face a fear is read as courage practised in a safe space. It describes a kind of awareness, not a source of hidden knowledge. It can help to ask where in waking life you want more say in the story.

A question for you

Does the traditional reading fit your dream, or did it mean something else to you?
