The ladder is a classic symbol of step-by-step progress. Climbing rung by rung is read as steady ambition; a wobbly or missing rung as doubt about the next step. Falling from a ladder points to fear of losing ground after hard work, while climbing down suggests stepping back from a goal. A ladder that reaches the sky is read as high hopes or a spiritual search. Folk tradition adds that walking under one stands for unease about a choice.
Does the traditional reading fit your dream, or did it mean something else to you?
My Cosmic Code has a private dream journal. Write a dream down and the app picks out the symbols in it, shows what dream books say about them and, over time, which words recur across your entries. The journal is stored on your device only.
